Ria Mackay is the Founder and Head Instructor of Aqualogic Swim Co. She started competing for the Alabang Country Club Gators Swim Team at the age of 9, represented the Benedictine Abbey School and went on as captain of the De La Salle University Women's Varsity Swimming Team. She started teaching swimming at the age of 16 years old and has spent half her life sharing the joy of swimming to students as young as 6 months old.
She has been a Total Immersion™ Instructor since 2000, and has traveled to the US, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia to run workshops for Adults and conduct private lessons for children. She earned her Advanced Teacher Training Certification for Infant/Toddler Swimming from the Lifestyle Swim School in Boca Raton, Florida - recognized by the Swimming Hall of Fame as one of the leading authorities on swim instruction for young students in the U.S. She is a member of the WABC (World Aquatic Babies Congress), a global network of people focused on aquatic programs for babies, toddlers and kids.

Isabel Aromin Magallona graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Architecture in 1990. She has been practicing Architecture for 20 years, first with Design Progression, a partnership, and now with Magallona Aromin Designs.
She trained with De La Salle Zobel High School Swim Team from 1980-1982. She is a mother of 2 children.
Started training/teaching with Aqualogic on February 2009.

Alex Barrientos swam competitively for the Cavite City Sea Beast Swimming Club from 1993-1998. She competed in various inter-school swimming competitions including the STRAA (Southern Tagalog Athletics Association) Championships. She took her undergraduate studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management at San Sebastian College, Recoletos, Cavite City.
